Very active and innovative sessions where participants internalize the knowledge through decision making and group discussion. The simulator provides immediate feedback, allowing users to learn and develop best practices.
Simulation-based assessment generates a dynamic that challenges users assessed into decision making in real time and under pressure. Through this process, the observing on-site evaluators can detect potential hires behavior patterns - a highly crucial aspect of Talent Management and Recruiting that is almost unattainable through any other method.
Simulator that works remotely allowing users to experience and make decisions based on real situations on scenarios that follow the look and feel of the company. It helps to identify applicant's capabilities directly related to the expectations of the organization.
Post-course tools for participants to perform specific tasks, along with the guidelines learned in the course. They ensure knowledge transfer to the day-to-day reality of participants. Specially developed as Post-course, after Project Management and Leadership programs.
Competitive/collaborative games for participants to perform certain actions on the reality of the business, while earning points.
Our Soft-Skills Simulations offer experiential learning of the topics covered (leadership, negotiation, agility, etc.). The participants, divided into teams, take the role of a character and accompany them in their daily corporate life through meetings, phone calls, and emails. Eventually, they have to make decisions about the dilemmas they face.
At the end of each Simulation round, the facilitator discusses with the participants the decisions made by each team and can explain what the good practices suggested by the model are, as well as the theory behind those good practices.
Soft-skills Simulations can be partially customized (for example, the map of skills on which the simulation impacts), or they can be fully developed from the ground up.
Business Acumen simulations train participants in Business Acumen, Strategic Planning, Results Orientation, and Finance. We have generic manufacturing and service simulations and different industry-specific models for some industries that work according to particular rules (banks, insurance, hotels, car dealerships, start-ups, etc.). These models can be customized based on macroeconomic, industry, and microeconomic circumstances.
In these simulations, each team leads a company (hence the generic name of this family is "CEO Challenge") that competes in the market with the companies led by the other teams. After each round, the facilitator analyses with the participants the results each team has achieved. This competitive dynamic ensures engagement throughout the entire workshop.
Companies are increasingly concerned not only with training their staff but also with ensuring that what they have learned is transferred to daily work. That is why our workshops end with a "call to action" exercise in which the participants define improvement actions they intend to carry out after the activity.
Additionally, we offer the possibility of complementing the training activity with exercise and post-course application tools (Pro-Manager and Pro-leadership). In these post-course exercises, the participants' managers can be actively involved in giving feedback on their content (self-evaluations, improvement proposals, etc.). These exercises can be customized depending on the needs of each company.
The simulations can be used to assess the competencies of both candidates to enter the company and employees who aspire to ascend to positions of greater responsibility.
The first alternative is to use the Simulations within "Assessment Centers" to generate "observable behaviors". The observers (people from the business, HR, or our team) have evaluation grids allowing them to draw the best conclusions from each instance.
The second way of working is using the Simulation as an evaluation tool in itself, with the results obtained by each person as indications of their strengths and weaknesses.
Virtual Recruitment programs combine both elements since candidates play with a simulation that generates results and are challenged with other dynamics (recordings, writing texts) that recruiters can then evaluate.
