This Simulation was specially developed to help new employees to have a good grasp of the business in an engaging, innovative and result-oriented manner. Include situations regarding the main challenges of the organization and business: Products, Processes, Clients, Results, etc. Participants must analyze and make decisions. The impacts of their decisions are analyzed in the context of developing Best Practices.
Participants are divided into small groups and assume the role of a Team Leader. The simulation will challenge participants with different situations such as meetings, phone calls, emails, conversations in the elevator, in a restaurant, rumors, etc. All participants must make decisions and will generate different impacts. Those impacts will be analyzed in debrief sessions. Simulation rounds will be accompanied with role playing, conceptual Presentations. In the interactions, the Instructor will promote to establish a link with the everyday situations similar to the ones that participants experience with the simulation, leading participants to think and build Best Practices.
