- Project stages and key factors. Management of tensions: deadlines, budget, quality and HR.
- Management skills of Leadership, Team work, planning, negotiation, stakeholders, risk, economic and Business project evaluation, economic and financial indicators.
DynamicsParticipants are divided into small groups and conduct a multifunctional team from the start to the end of a Project Innovation. They are challenged by the typical problems and obstacles that are generated around any complex project and its different phases. The difficulties and ways to address them are discussed in Feedback sessions, linking them to similar problems that may arise in the everyday life of the Company.
